Yes. All orders ship in plain white bubble mailers or plain brown boxes with no branding or suggestive imagery. The return label simply reads “Shipping Department.”
For privacy, your billing statement will show a neutral parent company name and will not reference our brand or the nature of the products.
No. Packing slips never include prices or payment information. They list item names and quantities only.
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses secure, encrypted checkout. Your personal information is shared only as needed to process payment and deliver your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States, including P.O. boxes.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by a trusted third-party fulfillment partner. Your personal information is shared only as needed to process and deliver your order.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 3 business days and we’ll do our best to assist. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not guaranteed to be replaced or refunded.
In rare cases, inventory may change after checkout. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly with next steps, which may include a replacement, store credit, or cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or items that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
If a package is returned to us unopened due to refusal or an undeliverable address, you may be eligible for a refund of the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Address errors entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Orders & Payments
Some banks flag adult novelty purchases for additional verification. Make sure your billing address matches what your bank has on file. If the issue continues, you may need to approve the transaction with your bank or try a different card.
