Returns Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy. Please review the details below before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or preference

  • Items that have been opened or used


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To help us assist you, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved defective or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us unopened due to refusal or an undeliverable address, you may be eligible for a refund of the product cost only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for address errors entered at checkout

  • Orders returned due to carrier issues or refusal are handled on a case-by-case basis


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed in these cases.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
