We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, privately, and safely. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders ship in plain white bubble mailers or plain brown boxes. There is no external branding or suggestive imagery. The return label simply reads “Shipping Department.”
Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partner. Most orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States, including P.O. boxes. Shipping carriers and delivery speeds may vary based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be longer than average.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members or neighbors first. If needed, contact us within 3 business days and we will do our best to assist.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us unopened due to refusal or an undeliverable address, you may be eligible for a refund of the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Packing slips include item names and quantities only. Prices are never shown. Packing slips may be customized with our logo and customer support email.
